Cancellations & Booking Policy

Please be prompt for your appointment. We do understand that you may be delayed and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, late arrival may compromise the length and effectiveness of your treatment.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or re-scheduling of appointments over 1 hour, and 50% deposit for treatments over 2 hours.
